Has a passion for fitness and helping others. She has competed at the national level in bikini multiple times placing as high as 2nd. She is also a mother of a baby girl. She has worked for Big Jon Fitness since she was 19. Learning the ins and outs of nutrition and training from a young age.
I’m an extremely enthusiastic person who gets excited by any success, wether it’s big or small. I’m a devoted Wife and Bonus mom, so I know what it is like to become wrapped up in day to day life that you forget your name and who you are. That being said, I absolutely LOVE helping clients find themselves and watching their confidence grow. I see so much potential in everyone and just want to help you be the best version of you! I currently have 6 certifications, 3 NASM which are CPT, group exercise, and nutrition.
Jen, born and raised in Idaho, is a fitness enthusiast with experience in CrossFit, running, triathlons, yoga, and bodybuilding. She is an IFBB Pro Figure competitor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Senior Fitness Specialist. She loves helping people with their health and fitness goals whether it be weight-loss clients, athletes, competitors, or just lifestyle training. When she’s not training clients she is busy being a full time mom of her 4 children
